to our 12-week course ‘Menopause Basics’! The menopause can be quite challenging at the beginning. Our bodies change, we may gain weight even though we don't do anything differently, our self-confidence may decrease or we may experience stronger emotions, sometimes even irritability.

Hello! Are you feeling lost and overwhelmed by menopause? Is your body changing, are you perhaps gaining weight despite doing nothing differently, has your self-confidence taken a hit, and are your emotions all over the place?

Many women feel this way! Menopause is a natural transition in every woman's life. But there are strategies you can use to actively shape this time and master its challenges. It also offers you the chance to get to know yourself better and live your life more consciously.

In our 12-week course "Menopause Basics", we will accompany you on this journey. Together with our experts, you will learn everything you need to know about menopause and develop strategies for greater well-being.

Your Individual Path Through Menopause

The course takes place in a Telegram group and starts anew every week. You will receive valuable impulses daily - videos, infographics, voice messages, and worksheets - and you can exchange ideas with other women.

Questions and Answers

Who is the course for?
This course is designed for anyone who is either in the midst of menopause, approaching it, or already in postmenopause. More modules will be added in the future.

Is everything online?
Yes, the course is entirely online. You can complete it from the comfort of your home or wherever you are.

When does the course start?
The course begins every Monday through our Telegram channel. Once you've purchased the course or redeemed your voucher, you'll receive your login details via email and can get started right away.

Is the course always on Telegram? When will the hermaid app be available?
Our app will be available in the App Store starting in April. Until then, you can participate in the course through the Telegram channel, or you'll need to be patient. The app will be structured slightly differently and will allow you to save your progress, go back more easily, and track your progress.
